What can I do if I want to guarantee my reservation but I don't have a credit card?

You are welcome to pay the room charge/deposit amount in advance.

What happens to my room reservation if I arrive after 6pm?

Unless you have guaranteed your reservation we are under no obligation to hold the room for you after 6pm.

How far is it to the airport/train station? Is there a shuttle service to Hotel Boltzmann?

Does Hotel Boltzmann have a restaurant?

You will be given information about recommended restaurants in the area at the reception or you may find the information in our Discover Vienna section.

As a hotel guest, can I invite non-guests to join me for breakfast, and can I breakfast at Hotel Boltzmann if I am not a hotel guest myself?

Everyone is welcome to breakfast at the Hotel Boltzmann! The cost per head for breakfast is EUR 16.00.

Do I need to decide if I want breakfast when I reserve my room?

You don't need to make reservations for the breakfast buffet at the Hotel Boltzmann.

Do you have bedding and rooms suitable for guests with allergies?

Most of the rooms at the Hotel Boltzmann have wall-to-wall carpeting except 1 Double room standard. We are happy to provide bed linen designed suitable for allergy sufferers. Please notify us of this requirement when you make your reservation.

Can you cater to guests at Hotel Boltzmann who have allergies to lactose, gluten or wheat flour, and to diabetics?

We are happy to provide a suitable breakfast menu for guests with allergies to the above mentioned items. Please notify us of your requirements when you make your reservation.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel? Does this cost extra?

You are welcome to bring your dog. A surcharge of EUR 15.00 per day will be added to your bill.

Does Hotel Boltzmann provide WIFI internet access? Is this free of charge? / Do you have WIFI spots?

At the Hotel Boltzmann we provide free high speed WIFI access in all of our rooms and all public areas. The required access data is available at the reception. There is also an internet terminal at the bar which can be used free of charge.

Can I park in front of Hotel Boltzmann?

Cars can park in Boltzmanngasse. All of Vienna's inner city districts, also the 9th district, are a short-stay parking zone from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 10.00 pm. One hour's parking costs EUR 2.50 (01/24) and maximum duration of parking is 2 hours. 

Our garage offers parking space for 8 cars. Please book your garagespace in advenace. Garage parking is availble from 2pm on your arrival day until 12 noon on your departure day and costs EUR 25.00 per night.

Does Hotel Boltzmann offer a laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service?

Laundry handed over by 9.00 am will be washed, ironed or dry cleaned within the same day. You can also borrow an iron and iron board.

Which credit cards does Hotel Boltzmann accept?

We accept MAESTRO bank cards and also all major creditcards:: AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB, JCB.

Does Hotel Boltzmann have facilities for babies and children?

We provide stable wooden cribs with bed linen, a kettle and high-chair in the breakfast room, all free of charge.

We are happy to warm baby food or milk for you in the kitchen at any time. We do not have rooms with connecting doors, or suites with living and sleeping areas.

Do you have a luggage room?

You can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge, both before checking in on arrival and after checking out.

Is the tap water drinkable?

Vienna's tap water is supplied by Vienna's famous aqueducts, the Vienna Hochquellenwasserleitung, and flows directly from the mountains south of the city. Consequently, its quality is excellent.

Where can I purchase tickets for public transportation?

You can buy tickets at every trainstation at the ticket office or at the ticket machines. Some tobbacconists also sell tickets.
