I liked my experience overall. Negative points: I think the linen should be changed more often and that it should be easy to point the shower downwards.

- Very nice and helpful personell - Great breakfast - Simple and quite rooms - The mattress was a bit old - The shower was not so comfortable (showerhead came off, no wallbar)

The hotel is ideally situated. Close to the city centre and walking distance to Uni of Vienna. Rooms are good size, clean. the breakfast menu shows great variety and the staff is kind and helpful. perfect! Philiippe, France

Excellent breakfast! Rooms tidy and handy, very polite and helpful staff. In congruence with several customer reviews at Tripadvisor, the air conditioner apparatus was noisy (but worked okay in daytime, and window ventilation was enough for the night, so no need to complain) and the mattress was unusually hard (for some reason only in the double room, not in the single room). My overall stay was uncomplicated and pleasant.

Quiet comfortable clean room with air conditioning. Very close to University. Friendly helpful staff and breakfast was very good. It was nice having the option to eat breakfast outside

This is an excellent mid-range hotel with friendly and helpful staff at 15 minutes' walking distance from the City Centre. Nearby tram connections enable easy travelling to all Vienna's attractions as well as the airport, the railway stations etc. An excellent choice for both tourists and visitors to the University's Science Departments located nearby.

I had some initial problems with the computer booking, resulting in an inadvertent double booking. This was resolved prior to arrival to my entire satisfaction. I found the stay pleasant, the location excellent, and the value for price outstanding. i particularly recommend the buffet breakfasts, and weather permitting, the courtyard dining option.
