the location of the hotel is ideal both for those who want to be close to the central area, but also for those who are looking for peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast was tasty and varied. it can also be served on a beautifully landscaped terrace. the elevator needs an overhaul. the rooms are not four star at all. overall, the hotel is rated 8. if you are looking for a decent place at an ok price, this hotel is ideal. if you want something more luxurious and better conditions then it is to be avoided.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, it had a real nice litle porch, where i could smoke. The only reason I gave it a 4 rateing out of 5 because the floor carpets are old and could really be changed. But all in all great hotel. I recomend it.

The hotel is ideally situated. Close to the city centre and walking distance to Uni of Vienna. Rooms are good size, clean. the breakfast menu shows great variety and the staff is kind and helpful. perfect! Philiippe, France

Excellent breakfast! Rooms tidy and handy, very polite and helpful staff. In congruence with several customer reviews at Tripadvisor, the air conditioner apparatus was noisy (but worked okay in daytime, and window ventilation was enough for the night, so no need to complain) and the mattress was unusually hard (for some reason only in the double room, not in the single room). My overall stay was uncomplicated and pleasant.
